Indicators and crops - Global survey on Voluntary Sustainability Standards (VSS)

Data are collected on the following indicators:

  • Area: Total certified area (including under conversion) and area harvested;
  • Production volumes and values;
  • International trade: Export and import volumes and values;
  • Domestic market: Retail sales volumes and values;
  • Operators: Producers, processors, exporters, importers, and other types;
  • Share of the overall totals for the different indicators.
